Alumnus Daniel Lerman makes argument before the US Supreme Court

Daniel Lerman graduated from CEB in 2003. He is currently an associate at the law firm of Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber.

Daniel Lerman has had a very exciting and successful career. After receiving his PhD from CEB in 2003, he worked as a science and health policy analyst at the National Institutes of Health. He then went on to law school at the Georgetown University Law Center and graduated in 2008.

Daniel is currently an associate at the law firm of Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber. Last month, he made his first argument before the US Supreme Court in the case of American Trucking Associations v. City of Los Angeles. Accolades of Daniel's performance on this case were recently written up in The National Law Journal
