Pop Up Science at the Homewood Science Center

On a Saturday in September, CEB graduate students Katherine Silliman, John Park, and Tim Sosa highlighted local aquatic species and key concepts relating climate change to freshwater ecosystems at the Homewood Science Center in the south Cook Country village of Homewood. Together with faculty Cathy Pfister and Tim Wootton, these students talked with almost 400 people as part of a "Pop Up Science" event at this new venue for bringing important science themes to all ages.
